Again with WordPress and for this time with some nice plug-ins to manage our downloads in the blog.
The fist plug-in that I want to speak is Download Monitor by Mike Jolley. Download Monitor is a plugin for uploading and managing downloads, tracking download hits, and displaying links.
Download Monitor is compatible up to 2.6 WordPress version. Very simply usage to show download links and has also some template tags.
WP-DownloadManager
Wp-DownloadManager is another good plugin for WordPress to manage our files. Installation is very simply as all other wordpress plugins with one click, for the usage read the file readme.html in the pack. Also here are some template tags.
If you want to try also FileManager for WordPress that allows you to easily change, delete, organize and upload files.
Please be careful! FileManager is compatible with wordpress 2.3.1 it will work also for 2.6 but first remember to make a back-up.
