Firefox 13 is available for download and update. In this version Mozilla introduced a new features for the default home page and for new tabs. The default home page contains a handy Google search and quick links to downloads, bookmarks, history, add-ons, sync and settings. Also, if you had tabs open the last time you used Firefox you can restore them from the home page with a single click. Instead when you create a new tab, Firefox shows your top sites. You can pin sites to this page, rearrange the layout or even turn it off if you wish. Here is a quick hack how to display the Top Sites on the Firefox Home Page.
Are you running Windows on a 64-bit machine? Do you want to make Firefox even faster? Meanwhile Mozilla is working on Firefox9, Waterfox compiled the Firefox source code to run specifically for 64-Bit Windows computers. To make Waterfox stand out a bit more, it’s compiled with optimizations so that it will run more efficiently and faster than just compiling Firefox as a 64-Bit program. In benchmarks, the 64-Bit variant of Firefox out-performs the 32-Bit variant. Also because this variant is being built specifically for Windows, there might be further performance increases.
If you recently installed Internet Explorer 9 beta and now want to uninstall because you don’t like It, is not working correctly or for any other reason, here I will show you how to do this. Personally I like the support for HTML5 and CSS3, finally rounded corners on IE but I really, really hate the address bar! Is too small, as a developer I can’t see the website address!!! What about phishing? Users need to check the domain name and see if is real or fake!
Post your favorite feature on comments or let us know what you don’t like on IE9 beta. And now lets start how to uninstall this program.

This trick is a unusual one and I bet many out there don’t know this. Firefox actually features the possibility to set multiple home pages. I’m a big fan of many websites so I atleast need to check 3 most favorite each time I’m online. But be aware that this new feature introduces a performance degradation in Firefox startup as multiple pages are open.
Here is how to configure multiple home pages in Firefox?
- Open Firefox
- Click Tools || Options
- In the Home Page section, located at the top of the Main tab specify your home pages URLs separated with a “|”
- Click OK
- Restart Firefox
